The price of a new roof system varies widely. To determine the price of your roof one of our roofing experts will consider factors such as the amount of damage to your current roof, materials selected, and the complexity of the roofing job.
This depends on which material you choose and the amount of daily wear and tear on your roof. For example, metal roofs tend to be the longest lasting roofing material, generally lasting between 40 and 70 years. A composition shingle roof last 20-40.
This will depend on factors such as the square footage of your job, how steep your roof is, and the type of roof being installed. On average, installing a new roof takes less than one week of work, but additional time is always needed in order to pass the County’s inspection. The time an inspection takes depends on which County house we need to go to.
Warranties are offered on nearly all of our roofing materials. For example, an IB flat-roof system comes with up to a 25 year non-prorated warranty, while our composition roofs come with between a 10 to 50 year non-prorated warranty.

Weather forecasts are checked prior to roof installation to avoid this; however, if unexpected rain comes we will tarp the roof to avoid any water damage.
Roof age should be considered when determining whether a roof needs replacement or not. In addition to this, we recommend inspecting your roof at least once a year to look for things such as cracked, warped, or missing shingles as well as signs from inside the structure such as peeling wallpaper or cracked paint. If you notice any of these signs it is probably a good idea to call one of our roofing experts over to take a look.
Not necessarily. Leaks can result from loose flashings or a damaged section of the roof system. Issues such as these may be resolved by repairing only a section of the roof. Our roofing experts can give you advice as to the best option for your project.
